Zhiyue Ding has a background in Physics. During his PhD study at Baylor University, he reported the first observation of internal resonance in dusty plasmas and served as the referee for the international journals ‘Journal of Plasma Physics’, ‘IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science’ and ‘Physica Scripta’. Most recently, he solved the nonlinear response problem in dusty plasmas employing a novel machine learning based method. Zhiyue is passionate about improving reinsurance portfolio optimization and Catastrophe models by his machine learning knowledge.
