Prior to joining our team, Joshua was a Production Commercial Underwriter at reThought Flood, where he partnered with producers to grow and manage books of business across habitational, retail, lessor’s risk, manufacturing, and other specialty risks. He has also held leadership roles ranging from underwriting support supervisor to brokerage operations manager, consistently driving operational excellence and mentoring teams.
